(Adopted July 1, 2007)

It is the HOMEOWNERS responsibility to notify the Architectural Committee when they are ready for each inspection

The starting date of any work shall be made known to the Architectural Committee.

First Inspection:
Flag the property lines, 50 foot no cut zone, driveway and intended clearing.  At this time the Committee will confirm that you conform to the approved plans.

Second Inspection:
After clearing is completed, flag the well, house layout and septic site.

Third Inspection:
After the cellar hole is completed, confirm the house location and determine that tree cutting rules were followed.

Fourth Inspection:
After septic system is complete, confirm its location and that  tree cutting rules were followed.

Fifth Inspection:
This inspection will take place 6 months after the third inspection To assure that the exterior is completed and conforms to the Becket Woods Construction Committee.

Sixth Inspection:
Final inspection after all exterior work including the completion of the driveway.
